Transport

Your ticket price includes use of large, comfortable, regular shuttle buses from Tyne Green to the main get-in points at Haydon Bridge (South Tyne), Wark and Barrasford (North Tyne).

Please use these where you can, this will reduce your fuel consumption and prevent congestion at Tyne Green and on the quiet roads of Tynedale.

The timetable will be posted in the Information Tent and at the pick up point outside the Information Tent. The first buses will leave at 11-00am and the last buses at 5-00pm.

There will be an hourly service to Haydon Bridge and a service every one and a half hours to Wark and Barrasford. BUT if there is no water in the South Tyne, we will divert both buses to the North Tyne. Don't worry, we will advertise this first thing in the morning, if this happens.
